Jacqueline Obradors, an American actress best known for her role as her character of Detective Rita Ortiz in the ABC crime drama 'NYPD Blue.' Buring was born in Sweden however she grew up in Middle East. With producer and actor Stegath Dorr, Buring attended the high school of Muscat, Oman. She was a friend from childhood. Buring moved to England when she was sixteen years old. Buring graduated in 2004 from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. Buring is also the associate director of the MahWaff Theatre Company. Buring also played Olivia in the 2006 production of Shakespeare's Twelveth Night at Exeter's Northcott Theatre Company.
